Terms of Service

Kabula exists to set up marketing channels and other channels that facilitate business growth. Our work is focused on establishing the foundations your business needs — we do not manage or sustain ongoing marketing activity on your behalf once those foundations are in place. We believe in transparent, honest business. You pay for what is delivered, not for a promise that it will be.

Kabula's services are limited to the setup and configuration of the channels and systems agreed upon at the time of engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, the initial build and handover of marketing infrastructure, digital channels and related business growth tools. Once your setup is complete and signed off, ongoing management, maintenance or performance of those channels falls outside the scope of what Kabula provides directly. If you require continued support, please see Section 5 on our partner network.

Kabula does not receive your money upfront. All payments are held in escrow and released to Kabula only upon completion of the agreed scope of work. This means your funds remain protected until the work is done and you are satisfied it has been delivered.

"If the setup of your requested services is not completed within 30 days of the agreed start date, your payment will be returned to you in full from escrow — no questions asked."

We believe you should pay for what you receive, not as a gesture of faith. This model is our commitment to that principle.

To ensure work can be completed within the agreed timeframe, clients are responsible for:

• check_circleProviding timely access to any accounts, assets or information required to complete the setup
• check_circleReviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
• check_circleCommunicating any changes to requirements promptly

Delays caused by a client's failure to meet the above responsibilities may affect the delivery timeline and the 30-day completion guarantee accordingly.

For services that fall outside Kabula's direct scope, we maintain a trusted network of vetted specialists. If you require ongoing or extended support in any of the following areas, we are happy to connect you with the right partner for your needs.

Kabula's liability is limited to the value of the work agreed upon and held in escrow. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the channels or systems we set up, or from the services provided by any third-party partner.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
